I am very happy with my lettering. It came quickly and was exactly what I wanted. I will be ordering again soon for my farmers market booth sign!
The new building a moved into. Required me to secure lettering because they did not have company. So, I searched online and found your company. I had a short window of one week before opening my new office. And was very happy with the quick turnaround I received and it was easy enough for me to do the install myself the instructions were clear and easy.
I love this business. So simple, the explain how to do it - anyone can do it by themselves easily, so affordable and quick. I e been using them for 10+ years, back when they were diylettering (I think that was it) and I'll forever use them and recommend them.
The sheet came in perfect condition, it was very easy to install just make sure you’re window is clean. They also have an amazing customer service program if you’re having trouble. I couldn’t ask for a better place to order from. When I get some for the sides I’m coming back here!
The lettering was perfect for our window. With so many font options to choose from, it was hard to pick! The Austin Powers don’t was the perfect choice for our retail storefront. ☺️
My experience with Lettering-com was exceptional. Communication was excellent and I felt completely guided through the process. My client loved the results and found the decals easy to install.
Lettering-com did a fantastic job with the lettering for our windows. The process could not have been more straightforward, from the first click to the finished product. The turnaround time was quick, within a few days. We are incredibly pleased with the letters and adhering them to the windows took no time (this from someone with no experience in the process!)
I used to use Dali Decals, who apparently went out of business. I'm glad I found Lettering-com who not only did an excellent job, but also provided an unmatched customer service. Customer for life.
I had originally gone to a local sign store to have this work done. I specified letter height, font, and color and then waited for four days. I picked up the work and when I got back to the store to install it I noticed that they had used a totally lame font and 2.5" letters instead of 5" letters, which was specified in my work order. This was the second job they botched for me, so I was done! I went on-line and ordered the job on Lettering-com. I got to design exactly what I wanted. I picked the font, letter height, and color and then I paid. The box showed up two days later and my order was perfect! Also, even with the expedited shipping (cross country) I paid less than I paid the local shop! It just blew me away how accurate the measurements came out, from designing the display on the website to the window application, it was dead on! Lettering-com is my "go to" for any future lettering jobs!
After 8 years, we decided to modify our hours and because of that, needed something really eye-catching, with some "pop". Customers already are noticing and complimenting the new lettering!
Had a custom-made matte gray UT Vols Power "T". Went on easily and is holding up well on my Ranger. I love it. Will be ordering another for my motorcycle.
Love the looks of my window! I was pleased with the time frame, the cost, the quality and how quickly I received a response when I emailed a question.
I was extremely unsure about ordering lettering from an online vendor. Let me say that I could not be more pleased with the quality of the product, and they also send very helpful installation instructions. Shipping was very fast as well. I will definitely buy again!
I live literally on the opposite corner of the country and I was surprised to receive the lettering so quickly. The vinyl is a much better quality than what I can find locally, and much more reasonably priced.

These turned out awesome. The only thing we would have done differently would have been to be able to apply the lettering to the inside of the window.
I have been wanting decals for our bridal shop windows for ages, but everywhere I looked they were expensive, required professional installation, or weren't customizable. Finding Lettering-com was a Godsend! I spent a fair amount of time tinkering with all the custom options to make sure I loved the font, size, style, etc. Once I placed the order, I was concerned about the sizes matching from window to window, so I sent an email to customer service and Shawn got back to me right away, suggesting a couple changes that he was able to resolve on his end. This order shipped within a couple days. The box included installation tips, which helped immensely! I am so pleased with the customer service and quality from this company and would highly recommend them for your lettering needs!

We are THRILLED with the lettering and the entire process of working with this company. We were guided into making some choices based upon visibility which were very informed and thoughtful (having a white outline added to our letters) but when it in fact turned out that we didn't totally love the result we were immediately sent a set without the outline. To be clear: if our lettering was on an exterior door, or did not have a light colored shade behind it, we would ABSOLUTELY have needed the outline so we really do appreciate that guidance even though it didn't work for us. Such amazing customer service, super easy to install and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend!!

If it hadn't been for Sean contacting me and letting me know that I had messed up my order he didn't know that he just I mean he just because he's in the biz he knew that I messed it up I didn't know I did and he was kind enough to contact me the day after I sent it in to let me know and he worked with me over the phone to fix it and he was very kind and very helpful I would use Lettering·com again and again
